Standards That Apply to Everything We Deliver
PDPA-Compliant Data Handling
All subscriber and client data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Data is never shared with hardware vendors or third parties for commercial purposes.
No Vendor Commercial Ties
Nymbus has no revenue-sharing, referral, or placement arrangements with any hardware, cloud, or software vendor. Source selection is driven entirely by methodology criteria.
Documented Methodology
The methodology by which figures are sourced and included is published and available to all subscribers. Requests for methodology clarification are handled by the research team directly.
Research Team Support
Support queries go to the research team, not a general helpdesk. The person responding has direct knowledge of the figures and tools being discussed.
Regular Content Review
Library content is assessed quarterly. Outdated figures are retired rather than left in place. Subscribers are notified when entries material to their workload categories change.
Feedback-Driven Roadmap
New workload categories and toolkit features are prioritised based on what subscribers and report clients tell us they need. Feature requests are reviewed each quarter.
